FC Barcelona Ready for Inaugural Match at Renovated Camp Nou over the weekend
The club confirmed their first game will take place at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou over the weekend. Athletic Bilbao will visit the Bilbao team in the Spanish league 30 months after they moved out for construction to commence.

Not all seats will be available but 45,401 spectators will be allowed to watch as per the current authorization. After final construction, it will accommodate almost 105,000 spectators, up from the previous 99,000. Officials confirmed completed upgrades featured a new players’ tunnel plus modern locker rooms.
Recent Activities
The club conducted an open training session at the Camp Nou in early November. Officials stated they were hoping for permission by UEFA for their upcoming Champions League fixture against Eintracht Frankfurt in December at Camp Nou. They have been hosting matches at the Olympic Stadium.
